Renova sells premium mattresses and furniture as professionally sanitized "eco-returns" at a fraction of retail price. Our Site provides information about our products and directs shoppers to our listings on Facebook Marketplace, where purchases are completed.

All sales and transactions take place through Facebook Marketplace and are subject to Meta Platforms, Inc.'s terms and policies. The Site itself does not process payments or complete sales. Product availability, pricing, and details are subject to change without notice, and listings on Facebook Marketplace control in the event of any conflict with information on the Site.

We strive to describe our eco-return products accurately, including any minor cosmetic blemishes. Every item is inspected and, where applicable, professionally sanitized. Because our inventory consists of returned and pre-owned items, products may show normal variation. We encourage you to review listing photos and descriptions and to ask questions before purchasing.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of comfort preference, change of mind, life events, or other personal reasons. We encourage you to carefully review listing photos, descriptions, dimensions, and condition notes, and to ask any questions, before completing your purchase.

If a product is found to be functionally defective, or if a mattress has an issue that was not disclosed in its listing, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an exchange or refund. To be considered, you must contact us promptly after receiving the item and provide a description and photos of the issue. Any approved exchange or refund is determined on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse content from the Site without our permission.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Renova Eco Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written consent.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms, including Facebook Marketplace. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties, and accessing them is at your own risk.
